Give your authors a helping hand by using templates in your documentation space. You will need Space Administrator permissions to create templates.
To create a template:
- Go to "Space Tools" in the sidebar, select "Content Tools" and create a new template.
- Click "Page Layout" and add sections and columns to your page.
- Add headings and sub-headings as needed.
- Choose "Instructional Text" from the "Template" menu and add text that is only visible in the editor.
- Save your template.
Data storage and location
Quick Filter Sum Up uses a server hosted in the United States to store plugin data. For license validation, I only store client information provided and generated by Atlassian for that purpose. All other content handled by my plugin is stored directly into your Atlassian Cloud installation.
Backups
I backup the data described in “Data storage and location” daily to a google drive account.
Access
Only users under Atlassian’s JIRA instance can use this service. Each incoming web request is authenticated and authorized before access to customer data is allowed.
The application only accesses the information required for providing my service and only data generated by my application may be temporary retained by my application for initialization purposes only.
Privacy
I understand the importance of ensuring the privacy of your personally identifiable information.
