Data storage and location
JQL Sum Up uses a server hosted in the United States to store plugin data. For license validation, I only store client information provided and generated by Atlassian for that purpose. All other content handled by my plugin is stored directly into your Atlassian Cloud installation.
I backup the data described in a Heroku account every 4 days.
Only users under Atlassian’s JIRA instance can use this service. Each incoming web request is authenticated and authorized before access to customer data is allowed.
The application only accesses the information required for providing my service and only data generated by my application may be temporary retained by my application for initialization purposes only.
