Data storage and location
Agile Docs uses a server hosted in the United States to store plugin data. For license validation, we only store client information provided and generated by Atlassian for that purpose. All other content handled by our cloud plugin is stored directly into your Atlassian Cloud installation.
Backups
We backup the data described in “Data storage and location” daily to a google drive storage.
Access
Only users under Atlassian’s JIRA instance can use this service. Each incoming web request is authenticated and authorized before access to customer data is allowed.
The applications only access the information required for providing our services and only data generated by our applications may be temporary retained by our applications for initialization purposes only.
Privacy
We understand the importance of ensuring the privacy of your personally identifiable information.
